Our story began when our predecessor company was founded. -

Our predecessor company was acquired by DST Systems and renamed DST Canada. -
1994
A full transfer agency business, CFDS Ltd. was created from a joint venture between DST Systems and State Street. -

Our technology evolved to include functionality for segregated funds. -
1999
DST Canada & CFDS Ltd. merged. -

Our company was renamed International Financial Data Services (Canada) Ltd. IFDS introduces iFast™ brand to the world for our propriety record-keeping technology. IFDS introduces iFast™/Desktop, our graphic user interface to iFast™. -

IFDS introduces iFast™ Web, our browser application giving financial institutions real-time access to account information in iFast™ via a secure online environment. -
2008
IFDS introduces eDocs for real-time viewing of contribution receipts, tax slips via iFast™ Web. IFDS invests in modernizing mailroom centre, starting with Touch Screen classification technology. -

DST Systems acquires remaining interest in BFDS and IFDS UK from State Street. IFDS Canada, Ireland and Luxembourg remain 50/50 joint ventures between DST Systems and State Street. -

SS&C Technologies acquires DST Systems. IFDS Canada, Ireland and Luxembourg remain 50/50 joint ventures between SS&C Technologies and State Street.
